Phoebe Whaley 
Phoebe was born in 1857.1 Phoebe's father was Lydious David Whaley and her mother was Margaret Alice Silverthorne. Her paternal grandparents were David W. Whaley and Mary\Polly Wickham. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Kellian, Lydious Allen, Charles, Emma Jane and Mary Jane. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 23 in 1880.1 General Notes
