Charles Tobias Weinshenker 
Charles Tobias was born in 1876 in Russia.1 Charles Tobias' father was Tobias Weinshenker and his mother was Elka Markman. His paternal grandfather was William Weinshenker; his maternal grandparents were Rueben Markman and Maria. He was an only child. He died at the age of 75 on September 22nd, 1951 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He was buried in Beth Olam Cemetery of Hollywood.1 1
