Madeleine was born on May 3rd, 1674 in Cap-De-La-Madeline.1 Madeleine's father was Francois Noel Vanasse and her mother was Jeanne Fournier. Her paternal grandparents were Paul Vanasse and Barbe Monsel; her maternal grandparents were Pierre Fournier and Jeanne Buson. She was an only child.
