John was born in 1382 in Coughton Ct, Warwickshire, England.1 John's father was Thomas Throckmorton and his mother was Agnes De Besford. His paternal grandparents were John Throgmorton and Agnes Abberbury; his maternal grandparents were Alexander De Besford and Beatrice Thornden. He was an only child.
