Henry Stanley

Henry was born in 1364 in Storeton, Cheshire.¹ Henry's father was William Stanley and his mother was Alice Massey. His paternal grandparents were John Stanley and Mabel Hawksket; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Hamon Massey and Matilda Timperley. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Matilda De. He was the youngest of the three children. He had a half-brother named William IV.
