Henry was born about 1388 in Stourton, Cheshire, England.1 Henry's father was John Stanley and his mother was Isabel de Latham. His paternal grandparents were William Stanley and Alice Massey; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Latham and Isabella Pilkington.
