Aaron was married in 1759, Moses, only child by this wife born 1761 inHighlandsof New York. Mother died when 1 yr old. Aaron remarriedSept. 1763. When Moses was 14 yrs old the family moved to State ofVirginia and landed at Alexandria. Half-brothers John Royse Sr. andDaniel Royse had gone earlier to Turkey Foot Township, Somerset,Pennsylvania. Land grants dated 1769.
