Hywel ap Rhys

Hywel ap was born about 1055 in <, , Carmarthenshire, Wales>.¹ Hywel ap's father was Rhys ap Tewdwr and his mother was Gwladus verch Rhiwallon. He had two brothers named Gruffudd ap and Llywelyn "Ddiriaid" ap. He was the oldest of the three children. He had a half-sister named Margred verch. He died in 1137.¹
