Ragnhildir's father was Ragnar Lodbrock Sigurdson and her mother was Aslaug Sigurdsdottir. Her paternal grandparents were Sigurd Ring Fandversson King In Sweden and Alfhild Gandolfsdatter; her maternal grandparents were Sigurd "Fafnisbana" Sigmundsson and Brynhild Budlasdatter. She had six brothers and a sister, named Bjorn "Ironside", Sigurd Snake-in-Eye Ragnarsson King of, King Ingvar of, King Of Dublin And York, Ubbe, King Dublin Ragnarsson and Alof.
