Serlo De was born about 1033 in Perci En Auge, Normandy, France.1 Serlo De's father was Geoffery De Percy and his mother was Margaret De Percy. His paternal grandfather was Mainfred De Percy. He had two brothers named William De and Picot De. He was the oldest of the three children. He was buried in Whitby Abbey, Yorkshire, England.1 General Notes
