Barbara Moomaw 
Barbara was born in 1783 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.1 Barbara's father was John Conrad Mumma and her mother was Ann Barbara Ranck. Her paternal grandparents were John Christian Mumma and Margaret Zimmerman; her maternal grandparents were Phillip Ranck and Anna Magdalina Wishon. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Christian, John, Philip, David, Henry, Jacob, Maria Elizabeth, Christina, Eva, Mary Magealine and Margaret. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She died in Ross County, Ohio.1 General Notes
