I was born in Poznan, Poland.¹ I's father was Duke of Poland Ziemonslaw and her mother was Grand Dutchess of Poland Gorka. Her paternal grandfather was Leszek IV Prince of Poland. She had two brothers and a sister, named Prince of Poland Mieszko, I and Princess of Poland.¹
