His paternal grandparents were Adalbert De La Marche and Almode De Limoges; his maternal grandparents were Geraud De Montignac and Nonia De Granol. He had a brother and four sisters, named Count Of Marche, Almonde De, Rangearde De La, Lucia De La and Matilda De La. He was the oldest of the six children. He died in 1086.1 General Notes
