Ferdinand I was born about 1016.1   Ferdinand I's father was Sancho III King Of Aragon and his mother was Urraca Of Alvar.  His paternal grandfather was Garcias IV Aragon. He had a brother named Ramiro King Of.  He was the older of the two children.  He died on December 27th, 1065 in Leon, Spain.1
