Ith're-am's father was King of Israel David and his mother was Eg'lah. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Abinadah Nahash and Habliar. He had fourteen half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Chil'e-ab, Daniel, Am'non, Ad-o-nijah, Ab-sa-lom, Ja-phi'a, Shimea, El-i-shu'a, Ne'pheg, Shobab, Soloman King of, Ib'har, Nathan, Sheph-a-ti'ah, Ta'mar, Tamar, E-li'ada, E-liph'a-let and E-lish'a-ma.General Notes
