Countess Of Cham was born about 1060 in Of, Cham, Oberpfalz, Bavaria.1   Countess Of Cham's father was Ratpoto IV Count Cham and her mother was Mathilde Countess Of Kastl.  Her paternal grandparents were Diepolt I Count Traungau and Miss Von Schweinfurt; her maternal grandparents were Hermann I Count Of Kastl and Haziga Countess Of Diessen.  She was an only child.  She died after 1101.1
