Abraham came to America in 1634 entering in Massachusetts.  He took
the
Freeman's Oath May 1645. Quotation from Genealogical Register of the
Inhabitants and History of the Towns of Sherborn and Holliston by
Rev. Abner Morse, M.A.  Boston: 1856
HARDING Page 96  "27. 25. I Abraham, who settled in Medfield."
"25. 27. Abraham d. May 22, 1655, at M. leaving a widow, Elizabeth
Adams, who

Page 95 "24. 7. Abraham Harding "glover", previously of Braintree,
became
proprietor of Medfield 1649-50, and sold 2, (1) 1653 to
Tho.Holbrooks his
house, barn, and, 53 acres at B.- Suf. Prob., L.5 p. 512.  It is
highly probable that the 1st and 2nd John above were the same man,
and that of
Joseph of Eastham and Nehemiah, John and Abraham of Braintree were
his sons."  NOT CORRECT
Page 96 "7. 24. Abraham, r of Braintree, Dedham and Medfield, is
presumed to be the father of I Abraham, who settled in Medfield; II
John, who s.
do., and died Mar 4, 1719-20."  NOT CORRECT
County of Death:  Was Suffolk at the time he died--later changed to
Norfolk
