Roger Gifford

Roger was born about 1463 in Middle Clayton, Begbroke, Oxfordshire, England.¹ Roger's father was John Gifford and his mother was Agnes Wynslow. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Gifford and Eleanor Vaux. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, John, Thomas and Fongan.
