Margery was born in 1152 in Castle Prudhoe, Northumberland, England.1   Margery's father was Odinel De Umfreville Lord of Prudhoe and her mother was Alice Lucy.  Her paternal grandfather was Odinel de Umfreville Baron of Prudhoe; her maternal grandparents were Richard De Lucy and Rohese Fitzrichard De Clare. She had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Alice.  She was the oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 56 in 1208 in Belvoir Castle, Leicestershire, England.1 


Margery's first family with William De Albini

‌Margery and William were married in a religious ceremony in 1181 in Belvoir Castle, Leicestershire, England.1   They had three sons and a daughter, named William II Lord Of Belvoir, Nicholas, Robert and Margaret.


Margery's second family with John Baron De Merlay

They had a daughter named Isabel.
