Mathieu Ier was born about 1075.1 Mathieu Ier's father was Yves III De Beaumont-Sur-Oise and his mother was Adélaïde De Gournay. His paternal grandparents were Yves II De Beaumont-Sur-Oise and Emma; his maternal grandparents were Hugues III De Gournay and Basilie. He had a brother and a sister, named Hugues and Agnès. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died in 1152.1 General Notes
