Isaac Basileus was born about 1025 in Constantinople, Turkey.1 Isaac Basileus' father was Manuel I Comnenus Of Byzantium Commenus. His paternal grandparents were Isaak Komnenos and Marie Erotica. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Nikephoros, Ioannis, Miss, Maria, Theodora Of and Eudoxia Comnenus Of. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
