Joseph Close

Joseph was born in 1634 in Grinton, York.¹   Joseph's father was John Close and his mother was Elizabeth. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, John, Hannah, Mary and Mary.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 26 on August 23rd, 1660 in Stamford, Fairfield, CT.¹
