Winifred Cheney 
Winifred was born about 1576 in Bennington, Lincolnshire, England.1 Winifred's father was William Jr. Cheney and his mother was Frances Cheney. His paternal grandparents were William Cheney and Ann Holmes; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Cheney and Mrs. Thomas Cheney. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Anne, Elizabeth and Jane. He was the youngest of the five children.-
