King Of Ceredigion was born in 0420.¹ King Of Ceredigion's father was Cunedda Wledig and his mother was Gwawl Ferch Coel. His paternal grandfather was Edern Aeturnus Ap Padarn; his maternal grandparents were Coel Hen and Ystradwal Ferch Cadfan. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Afloeg Ap, Dogfael Ap, Dunant Ap, Edern Ap, Osfael Ap, Einion Yrth, Rhufon Ap, Tybion Ap, Gwen Ferch and Tegygl Ferch. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 80 in 0500.¹
