Maud Bigod 
Maud was born in 1083 in Belvoir Castle, Belvoir, Leicestershire, England.1 Maud's father was Earl of Norfolk Bigod Roger II and her mother was Adeliza Grantesmesnil de Toeni. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Bigod and Dau Of Neil De Saint Sauveur; her maternal grandparents were Robert De Toeni and Adelisa De Savona. She had a brother and four sisters, named Hugh, Mary, Gunnor, Cicely and Jane. She was the oldest of the six children. She died before 1136.1 General Notes
