Richardis Princess of was born about 1173 in Of, Kelheim, Niederbayern, Bavaria.1 Richardis Princess of's father was Otto I (V) Duke of Bavaria and her mother was Agnes Countess of Looz Und Rieneck. She had a brother and a sister, named Ludwig I Duke of and Princess of Bavaria. She was the oldest of the three children.
