Konstancia was born in 1237 in <, Budapest, Pest, Hungary>.1 Konstancia's father was Bela IV Arpad and her mother was Maria Laskarina. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew II "Masodik Endre Arpad and Gertrude de Andechs-Meran. She had two brothers and eight sisters, named Istvan V, Bela, Kunignuda, Margit, Anna, Katalin, Erzsebet, Jolan, Margit and Szabina. She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.General Notes
