Maredudd De Powys

Maredudd was born in 1060. Maredudd's father was Bleddyn Ap CYNFYN and his mother was Haer verch Cillin. His paternal grandparents were Cynfyn ap Gwerystan and Angharad Verch MAREDYDD; his maternal grandfather was Cillin Ap BLAIDD. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Maredudd Ap, Maredudd ap, Cadwgon, Mael, Denis verch and Gwenllian verch. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 72 in 1132.
