Udalrico Manfredo II was born in 0992 in Susa,Turin,Italy.  Udalrico Manfredo II's father was Manfredo I di Susa  and his mother was Prangorda di Reggio.  His paternal grandfather was Ardoino di Susa ; his maternal grandparents were Attone di Reggio and Ildegarda UNKNOWN. He had a brother named Odelrico II.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 43 on December 23rd, 1035.

They had four daughters named Adelaide, Adelheid, Berta and Ermengarde.
