Joseph Adair 
Joseph was born in 1711 in Antrim Co.,Ireland. Joseph's father was Thomas Adair and his mother was Margaret Henart. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Adair and Margaret Agnew. He was an only child. He died at the age of 77 in 1788 in Laurens,South Carolina. He was buried in Duncan Creek Prebyterian Cemetery,Duncan's Creek,Laurens,Sc.General Notes
