602 at South Littleton. He was died at Littleton on the 2
9 April 1607 and was buried at Middle Littleton. In the wil

, made on 1st.April 1607 (Will Worcs. 1607/7), Thomas menti
ons his wife Alice and two daughters Anne and Elizabeth, bo
th of whom were under 18 years of age at the time that he d
rew up his will. The will also suggests that, at this time
, his wife was pregnant. John Martin and John Handie witnes
sed the will. It would seem probable that Anne and Elizabet
h were born after 1602 and accordingly we would expect th
e date of the marriage of Thomas to Alice to be approximate
ly 1601/2 and his birth-date to be about 1580. It is notewo
rthy that the South Littleton parish register has an entr
y in 1602 of the marriage of one Thomas Martin to Alice Hil
l.
