Henry was born on March 25th, 1273 in Petworth, Sussex. Henry's father was Henry 7Th Baron DE PERCY and his mother was Eleanor Plantagenet DE WARREN. His maternal grandparents were John 7Th Earl DE WARREN and Alice (De Brume) DE LUSIGNAN. He was an only child. He died at the age of 41 on October 2nd, 1314 in Fountains Abbey, Yorkshire.General Notes
