James LOWRY 
James was born in 1648 in ELIZABETH CITY CO., VIRGINIA. James' father was William LOWRY and his mother was Janet ANDERSON. He had a brother named William. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 70 in 1718 in VIRGINIA.General Notes
