William LAWS 
William was born on March 30th, 1779 in WILLIAMSBURG CO., SOUTH CAROLINA. William's father was George LAWS and his mother was Ann LORD. His paternal grandparents were William LAWS and Mme Jane LAWS; his maternal grandfather was M. LORD. He had nine brothers and a sister, named Isham, James A, Isaiah Thomas, George, Henry, Jared, Robert, John, David and Nancy. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 76 on February 28th, 1856 in *. He was buried in February 1856 in OLD LANIER CEMETARY, MACON CO., GEORGIA.General Notes
