Robert was born about 1343 in Arborfield, Berkshire, England.  Robert's father was Gilbert Bullock and his mother was Anne Nevill (Nevell).  His paternal grandparents were Robert Bullock and Mrs. Robert Bullock.  He was an only child.  He died in 1405.
