Rebecca Akers

Rebecca was born on December 15th, 1825. Rebecca's father was Josiah Akers and her mother was Sarah "Sally" Garrett. Her paternal grandparents were Augustine (Austin) Akers and Rhoda Thompson. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Austin, William George, James, Barbara, Lucinda, Kittie Ann, Mary, Sarah and America. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 65 on November 7th, 1891.
