Sarah was born on June 14th, 1654 in Chelmsford, Middlesex, MA. Sarah's father was Jacob Parker and her mother was Sarah Wise. Her paternal grandparents were James Parker and Joanne Drake. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Jacob, Thomas, Jacob, Benjamin, Ebenezer, Ruth, Rebeckah, Elizabeth, Mary, Tabitha and Rachael. She died at the age of 75 on September 26th, 1729 in Chelmsford, Middlesex, MA.-
