Agnes was born about 1528 in Montrose,Angus,Scotland.  Agnes' father was William , Earl Of Montrose 2nd Graham and her mother was Lady Jane (Janet) Keith.  Her paternal grandparents were William (1st Earl of Montrose) Graham and Annabel Drummond.  She was an only child.

‌Agnes and William were married in a religious ceremony on April 15th, 1547.  They had a son named John , Earl Of Tullibardine.
