Marcus Galaspy 
Marcus was born in 1837 in Ohio/Illinois. Marcus' father was Richard Galaspy and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Whettin. His paternal grandparents were Silas Gillispe and Sarah UNKNOWN. He had a brother and two sisters, named Stephen, Mary A and Phebe. He was the youngest of the four children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Manuel, Mark, John Emanuel and Phebe. He died at the age of 46 on December 23rd, 1883 in Schuyler, MO.General Notes
