Lewis E. was born on June 22nd, 1864 in Near Avon,Fulton,Ill. Lewis E.'s father was Simeon Silas Andrews and his mother was Emily Mariah Palmer. His paternal grandparents were Abija Andrews and Chloe Smith; his maternal grandparents were Lewis Palmer and Harriet Theetge. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Frank (or Francis), Arthur Leroy, Fred, Ida Emma May, Jennie, Ellena Evelyn and Still Born Baby Girl. He died at the age of 29 in July 1893 in Arkansas City,KS.-
