Gamblen M. was born on November 30th, 1834 in Overton Co,Tenn. Gamblen M.'s father was Solomon Jim Allred and his mother was Martha Susan Jane WEEKS. His paternal grandparents were John Allred and Phoebe Thompson; his maternal grandparents were Gamblin Gamblia /WEEKS and Sarah E. BROWN. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Marion E., John Huston, Phoebe Tabitha Catherine, Sarah Jane and Mary Frances. He was the oldest of the six children.-
