Isabel was born in 1085. Isabel's father was Hugh Magnus and her mother was Adelaide de Vermandois. Her paternal grandparents were I Henry and Anne of Kiev; her maternal grandparents were IV Herbert and Adela de Vexin. She was an only child.-
