Matilde was born about 1070 in of,Chateau-du-Loire,France.1   Matilde's father was Seigneur de Chateau-du-Loire Gervase.  Her paternal grandparents were Seigneur de Chateau-du-Lorie Robert and Elizabeth.  She was an only child.  She died in 1099.1 


Matilde's family with Helie

‌Matilde and Helie were married in a religious ceremony in 1090.1   They had a daughter named Erembourg.
