Pieter VAN DER VIS

Pieter's baptism took place on May 7th, 1758 in Oudshoorn,Zuid Holland,Netherland.  Pieter's father was Jan Jacobise VAN DER VIS and his mother was Martjtje Andriesse HOMBERG.  His paternal grandparents were Jacob Willems VIS and Dihgenns Janse; his maternal grandparents were Andries Willemsze HOMBERG and Geertje Claasze DE GRAAF. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Andries, Jacob, Jan, Willem, Klaas, Grietje, Geertje, Trijentje and Maria.
