Polly Ann was born on December 7th, 1845 in Madison Co.,AR.1 Polly Ann's father was Martin Terry Rev. and her mother was Mary Ann Reed. Her paternal grandparents were William Terry and Barbara Ennis. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named John King, William, Joseph, Henderson Lafferty, Lorenzo Dow, Finis Ewen, James Miller, Milburn Monroe, Millard Fillmore, Sarah, Elizabeth and Jane. She was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at just 2 days old on December 9th, 1845 in Madison Co.,AR.1 -
