Anselam W. Shoemaker 
Anselam W. was born on November 12th, 1852. Anselam W.'s father was Henry Allen Shoemaker and his mother was Esther Hunt. His paternal grandparents were Henry Shoemaker and Elizabeth Elliott. He had five brothers and five sisters, named David, Riley, William H., Robert Theidore, Simon E., Rhoda Ellen, Anna Esther, Emma Victoria, Florence R. and Sarah Alice. He had a half-brother named Pearly. He died at the age of 65 in 1917.
Anselam W. and Nancy J. were married in a religious ceremony on October 31st, 1877. They had two daughters named Jarsey and Andries.
