Gerrit STAPPER

Gerrit was born on September 20th, 1819 in Aarlanderveen,Zuid Holland,Netherland and his baptism took place there.  Gerrit's father was Philip Philippus STAPPER and his mother was Lena (Helina) VAN DER JAGT.  His paternal grandparents were Jacob STAPPER and Marijtje HORSMAN. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Jacob, Pieter, Johannis, Aafie Cornelis, Margtje and Elizabeth.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
