William was born in 1570 in Braintree,Essex,England.  William's father was William SKINNER and his mother was Margerie Margarie SKINNER. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Richard, John, Anne, Margery and Rachel.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 67 on April 6th, 1637 in Dead.
