Winnifred Riggins

Winnifred was born in 1744.  Winnifred's father was William Riggins and her mother was Elizabeth Bridget. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John, William Powell, Elizabeth, Kizziah and Bridget.  She was the youngest of the six children.
