Right Riggins 
Right was born in 1802. Right's father was William David Riggins and his mother was Methurisa Chisenhall. His paternal grandparents were William Powell Riggins and Priscilla; his maternal grandparents were Reuben Chisenhall and Jane Leigh. He had five brothers named Powell, David H., Thomas W., Mark and George Washington. He was the youngest of the six children.-
